We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, GST, FBT, particularly those currently working in large accounting firms who are looking to transition into an in-house corporate environment.
This role also offers an exposure to M&A.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review direct and indirect taxes, including income tax, FBT, GST.
* Assist with the preparation of income tax provisions and accruals.
* Manage the tax fixed asset register.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tax controls and governance.
* Prepare Payment Times Reporting for submission to Treasury.
* Support financial audits and regulator inquiries.
* Provide tax advice and assistance on ad hoc projects as required.
* Work with management on M&A projects
About you:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a large accounting firms or similar role.
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to solve complex issues.
* Self-motivated with a team-focused attitude.
* Curiosity and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
