Contract Details
This is a 12-month contract opportunity to lead a team and work with our organisation in Blacktown. The salary for this role is $80 per hour, plus superannuation.
Your New Role
As the IT Service Management Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management of the service desk team. This includes being the point of contact for escalations, projects, and change processes such as incident management, maintaining process documentation, internal and external audits, managing complex VIP issues, and fostering learning and growth within the IT service desk team.
Key Responsibilities
* Successfully manage a service desk team previously
* Be a hands-on and lead-from-the-front leader
* Hold ITIL V3 foundation
* Demonstrated experience coordinating Information Technology governance and assurance activities
* Experience working in a Windows environment
* Experience working on change and projects
* In-depth experience implementing and managing ITSM processes in a similar organisation
* Hold a current class C driver's licence
* Understanding of Microsoft operating systems, routing and telecommunications, enterprise storage systems, data centre operations, and cloud systems
* Be an Australian permanent resident or Australian Citizen
