Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage multiple tasks, contribute to project planning, and lead smaller projects.
* Demonstrate strong internal consulting and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling, and investigations.
* Participate in performance management cycles and manage employee engagement.
* Coach and mentor junior staff members.
* Maintain relationships with client contacts, ensuring these connections are sustained after project completion.
