Member Support Officer - Customer Service Full Time hours M - F l Cannon Hill Location 6 Week Casual AssignmentAbout the role: Beaumont People are currently partnering with a Membership Organisation in Cannon Hill seeking a Member Support Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administration and customer service professional to join a dynamic team. This is a temporary assignment 6 weeks in length working full time hours, Monday - Friday, with an immediate start. Your tasks may include the following: Responding to enquiries from members via phone and email Maintaining and updating member records and member renewals Maintaining the membership database, general administration and adhoc duties. About You: Experience in a phone based customer service or membership services role, ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Tech savvy, quick at picking up new systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive with an ability to prioritise work schedules with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills.
