Be part of our growing Financial Services team Our high-performing Financial Services team specialises in sourcing and placing top-tier risk, compliance, and finance/accounting professionals within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Fintech industries. We work with a wide range of clients, from global brands to small and mid-sized businesses, providing permanent and contract solutions to meet their needs. Your impactful responsibilities: Build and expand your professional network while fostering valuable business relationships with your clients. Develop and maintain a robust talent pool and pipeline of exceptional, qualified candidates. Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across the FS market. Stay informed on hiring market trends, sharing valuable consultative insights with your customers. Participate in various company events, external networking opportunities, and CSR initiatives that make a difference in the communities we serve. Your background: 3 years of 360-degree recruitment experience, with an enthusiasm for both candidate and client engagement. Financial Services experience is an advantage.
