Job Title: Office Manager
Join our Legal Branch in Brisbane as a permanent full-time Office Manager. This exciting opportunity involves leading the administrative and business functions of the Legal Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative support for the Legal Branch, reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel.
* Lead the administrative and business functions of the Legal Branch, including paralegal services.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and prioritising an executive administration team or similarly high-level team.
* High-level problem solving and management skills to resolve challenges and implement improved work practices.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to utilise initiative, decision making skills, and negotiation skills.
