Our Specialised Agribusiness Solutions (SAS) team provides dedicated support to a diverse range of large family, corporate and investment grade agribusiness customers across Australia.
Considering the scale and success that SAS has achieved, now is the right time for us to invest further in the structure of our teams to support the continued growth and momentum of our business. A new leadership role has been created to support the strategic direction, people leadership and execution mandate.
The Executive Director plays a key role developing our customer acquisition strategy of larger and moreplex pre & post farm gate customers. As Executive Director you will be considered an expert across agribusiness banking, credit, risk, and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful customer oues.

Our SAS coverage model offers a large exposure of customers across a diverse and varied range of business needs. Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our customers, you will focus on growing quality business across corporate agribusiness. You will work with a strong performing team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving and diverse customer base. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the General Manager of SAS.
More Specifically, You Will
5. Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever changingmercial landscape, and develop strategies accordingly;
6. Coach and mentor a team and support ongoing development, maintain and develop a high performance culture;
7. Build strong relationships with customers and support your people's ability to retain their business through excellent customer service;
8. Have an in depth understanding ofplex customer needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
9. Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation ofplex solutions; and
10. Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf ofmBank.
We Want To Hear From You If You
11. Strong leadership capability and experience - Coaching a team to develop deep customer focus, risk and credit skills and capabilities;
12. A real passion to lead and further develop a skilled team;
13. Exceptionalmercial acumen and credit understanding;
14. A strong success orientation and are engaged and motivated; and
15. A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/ormerce would be highly regarded.
