We are currently looking for a Team Leader Strategy and Performance to join our team and if you have these skills this might be your chance to rewrite the future with us.Newly created position leading a team of professionalsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceWork in a dynamic and service focused teamAbout the roleAs the Team Leader Strategy and Performance, you will oversee a newly created team in the development, submission and implementation of the Water and Sewer IPART pricing submission process, ensuring compliance with IPART's regulatory framework and alignment with organisational needs and objectives.This role will also see you leading your team to foster healthy collaboration across the broader Water and Sewer directorate to identify business efficiencies, and work with teams to implement and embed those changes, creating sustainable improved performance.This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.To be successful in this role, you will have:A Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role in a regulated industry, combined with ongoing professional development.Experience managing pricing submissions within a regulated industry (Water, Energy, transport, preferably within the Water and Sewer sector in compliance with IPART).The ability to lead and implement business improvement initiatives, with a strong understanding of business analytics, change and project management principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data from multiple sources to influence decision-making and measure performance.Other important informationThe salary range for this position ranges between $99.7k to $119.6k (dependent on skills and experience), plus 15k market loading, plus 11.5% superannuation.We have a permanent full-time role available.This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.This role is located at the Nexus Business Hub, North Wyong.Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.At Central Coast Council we provide team members with a range of extras that help them balance their life when they need it.
