We are now looking for an experienced, ambitious, and highly motivated Project Manager to take the lead on our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple commercial fit-out projects across NSW, with values up to $30M.
* Involved in the planning and design stages, working closely with both site and project teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards.
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of each project, ensuring that all phases, from design to completion, are executed on schedule.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, acting as the main point of communication for the project's needs.
Requirements
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline.
* Proven record as a Project Manager or similar.
* Strong track record of stability with previous employers.
