The Position
13. Managing a portfolio located all around the office
14. Leasing agent = No after-hour appointments
15. Inspection and Leasing Agent to do inspections and leasing
16. New PCRs outsourced
17. Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
Skills & Experience
18. Experience managing your own portfolio or assisting in the management
19. Current PM Registration
20. Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
21. Team player attitude
