The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring system stability, and maintaining efficient operations. You will also: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Provide technical support for end-users, assisting with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Assist in network troubleshooting and maintenance, resolving connectivity problems and configuring network devices. Maintain system performance by proactively monitoring and updating software and hardware to ensure security and efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting procedures. Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis, including weekends, and be available for short-notice travel to Hamilton Island. About YouYou are a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a strong customer service focus.
