The Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in human services or a related field, with eligibility for professional registration. Extensive experience in case work, service coordination, and managing multidisciplinary teams within the community services sector. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on development, justice, and collaboration with Aboriginal Organisations. Proven financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and monitoring performance against targets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation in high-level meetings. Demonstrated ability to work within a culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive framework. Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance, National Police History Check, and NT Driver's Licence required.
