This includes working with the Multidisciplinary team in achieving optimal patient outcomes, within the Excellence framework of hourly rounding, clinical bedside handover, safety huddles through the delivery of the best possible care to each patient in a safe and compassionate environment. You will be supported in the role by your NUM, Clinical leaders and Education team. You will be provided with a comprehensive orientation to the service and facility.
