As the Regional Director, your primary purpose is to drive the growth, profitability, and success of the Government team in the Region. By setting ambitious goals, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing aclear roadmap to achieve targets, you will equip governments with the knowledge to solve complex problems. By harnessing the potential of technology, you will empower governments to enhance public service delivery, streamline operations, and promote community engagement.
Business Performance and Growth: The Regiounal Director is primarily accountable for the overall performance and growth of the region they oversee. This includes setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets, ensuring profitability, and driving sustainable growth. They are responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to expand the business, enter new markets, and capitalise on emerging opportunities. The Regiounal Director must monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and market trends to make informed decisions that lead to the success and long-term viability of the organisation.
Customer Success and Satisfaction: Customer success and satisfaction are crucial accountabilities for a Regiounal Director. They are responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Maintaining a focus on customer-centricity and actively engaging with clients to address their concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences are critical for retaining existing customers and fostering brand loyalty. Satisfied and successful customers also contribute significantly to positive word-of-mouth marketing and can attract new business through referrals and testimonials.
Skills and Experience required:
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve outcomes collaboratively.
* Strategic thinking and strong business acumen to develop and execute successful plans.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering value and driving customer success.
* Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets and delivering value to clients.
* Knowledge of SaaS technology solutions and their applications in the government sector.
* Familiarity with asset management, property, licensing and compliance, finance, HR and payroll, and customer management ERP software solutions and their application within local and state governments.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a SaaS technology company or related industry.
* Demonstrated success in driving business growth, customer retention, and achieving targets.
* Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams
