The role
The Forensic Technology Services (FTS) team is seeking an accomplished Practice Administrator based in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an integral part of our national team, this role will be responsible for providing remote and in-person support to senior members of the FTS team, with a specific emphasis on supporting and managing the high-level diary responsibilities of 3 partners.
In addition, you will work closely with the National FTS Operations Team, Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager to ensure seamless administrative support to the business nationally.
Key responsibilities
* Provide secretarial support for senior members of the FTS team, with a specific emphasis on directly supporting 3 partners.
* High-level diary management including organising and coordinating client and team meetings.
* Facilitating Travel arrangements in accordance with Firm travel guidelines with efficiency.
* Handle telephones and voicemail for team members with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
* Manage general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses with a keen eye for detail.
* Assist with research tasks and putting together client presentations.
* Administer quality and risk responsibilities for the FTS team, ensuring compliance at the highest level.
* Provide support to the Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager as required.
Skills & Experience
To excel in this high-level role, you need:
* Strong experience in an administrative, secretarial role gained within a legal, accounting or similar professional services environment.
* Professionalism, initiative and efficiency when communicating and organising meetings with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience with Aderant / CMS or similar matter management system will be highly regarded.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills, especially in an evolving environment.
* A demonstrable drive to contribute to the business's profound success.
* The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues.
* Team player and willing to step in and assist other FTS operations members as and when required.
* Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with meticulous attention to detail.
