Centre Manager (Childcare & Outside School Hours Care)
About the Role
The Centre Manager is a key leadership position responsible for providing inspiring leadership, genuine relationships, and a positive motivating presence for families, children, and educators.
Responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day operation and administration of the centre
* Ensuring high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families
* Staff rostering, mentoring, and performance management
* Centre compliance and operations
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and experience include:
* Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in leading a team of educators
* At least 3 years of experience in the Early Childhood field
* Flexibility in full-time working hours
A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential, as well as good leadership and mentoring skills.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
