looking to welcome full-time Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting who will get the opportunity to work with our friendly, supportive, and fun teams.This is a full-time role opportunity for a Diploma qualified Room Leader and we offer an annual salary of $66,000 to $72,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience.The objective of this role is to provide high quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.Key accountabilities of the role include: Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.Ensure that our children are educated and cared for to the highest standard.Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning.Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.Provide ongoing input for all documentation associated with Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) requirements.Ensure delivery and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room including small groups.Implement the Grow curriculum within the Campus.Document the children's learning through the OAC Connect app, supporting and mentoring other team members.Create and set up interesting learning environments for the children in line with OAC Grow.Work as a team and ensure that you support and respect other team members about developmental outcomes and school readiness in consultation with the Campus Director.As a Room Leader, the role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.In addition, the role will see you: Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities Mentor a team of Educator through educational guidance Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for all children in our care Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development Assisting with daily room tasks, e.g.activity preparation and meal times Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices Our Campuses Only About Children's early learning campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications) Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development A creative, supportive and
