SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD recrute:Descriptif missionSAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia are seeking a suitably experienced Commercial Manager who is responsible to meet or exceed the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within their area of responsibility.Reporting to the Commercial and Strategy Manager, the Commercial Manager's main objectives are:Increase our Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within our regionEnsure our customers are provided with world-class customer support both technically and commerciallyReporting and the achievement of contract budget performance and target equipment turn timesSupporting the Customer Support Representative team where applicable in delivering results and collective performanceManaging assigned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) financial and strategic objectivesNegotiating new contract agreements with customersResponsible for finding new business opportunities for site growth throughout the regionImplementation of systems and methods to achieve performance is the responsibility of the positionMinimum Qualification & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Business or Sales related and/or Engineering course will be highly regardedSales training/qualification would be advantageousProject management training/qualification would be advantageousExperience working within a regional OEM Customer Service or Commercial Sales team, including a minimum of 4 years as an Aviation Customer Support RepresentativeOperational background in an aviation or engineering organisationGood working knowledge and understanding of aviation regulationsGood knowledge of our regional customer base, ideally having been part of this community, and well respected throughout the aviation industryA strong sales focus with robust negotiating skills enhanced by a flair for customer serviceAdvanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft suite of productsGood product knowledge and capacity to learn our product rangeContinuous improvement mindset to consistently improve our processes and procedures to create efficiencies within our business.
