About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing people strategies that support our client's evolving business needs. Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Safety, you will lead a team across HR advisory, payroll, recruitment, and rostering, ensuring best-practice HR solutions are embedded across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Driving workforce planning and optimisation to enhance operational efficiencyLeading employee relations, performance management, and remuneration strategiesOverseeing recruitment, talent management, and payroll complianceProviding expert guidance on IR/ER matters, including enterprise agreement negotiationsPartnering with senior leaders to build capability and foster a high-performance cultureLeading the transition to a new Human Capital Management (HCM) systemAbout You
You are a seasoned HR leader with strong expertise across workforce strategy, IR/ER, and HR operations. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment will be key to your success.
