About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media & Content Creator to join the Brisbane Bullets’ Marketing team. The successful candidate will grow the Club’s digital presence and fan engagement through the management and delivery of content across all digital platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams to produce engaging videos, photography, and written content that elevates the Bullets brand and builds a connected online community. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires creativity, initiative, and a deep understanding of digital trends – as well as the flexibility to work game days and some weekends. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Management Manage all Brisbane Bullets social media channels with engaging and brand-aligned content Develop and deliver creative video, photography, and written content across platforms Actively engage with fans and community across social media channels Capture and edit social content, primarily using mobile devices Content Production Produce content aligned to marketing and commercial objectives Collaborate with Graphic Designers and other internal stakeholders Manage influencer engagement and digital collaborations Create hype reels, TVCs, event and promotional content Oversee website content and updates Manage projects from concept through to final delivery Game Day Coverage Capture player arrivals, activations, fan moments, and post-game content Deliver live updates for away games and travel with the team as required Brief and manage external contractors for content support Support in-venue presentation and Club Operations where needed Performance Tracking Track digital content performance and provide reports with insights Stay across digital trends, content formats, and best practice Exposure to paid ad campaigns (Meta and Google Ads) is a plus About You: Experience managing social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X Strong production and editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) Excellent written communication skills Strong project management and organisational skills Great team player with the ability to collaborate and adapt quickly Knowledge of audio and visual production tools Strong attention to detail, creativity, and initiative Understanding of sport, basketball, or the entertainment industry is desirable Experience with paid digital campaigns is advantageous but not essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) Previous experience in sport or live events is highly regarded You must be available to work all Brisbane Bullets home games (including nights and weekends), and some out-of-hours work is required.
