Job Description
SGS is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the team based in our Head Office at Perth Airport.
The role is based onsite in Perth 5 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include, however not limited to:
* Provide Level 2 support and resolutions for moderate complexity technical issues and incidents escalated by the Global Service Desk and end users.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to the SGS Australia end-user community.
* Evaluate end-user needs, identify technical problems, and develop solutions.
* Collaborate with end users, local, regional, and global support teams, and vendors to resolve Level 2 issues, including:
o General end-user desktop IT issues.
o IT peripheral issues (printers, cabling, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, patching, etc.).
o Site reviews and documentation.
o Fixing, imaging, installing, and configuring end-user hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and protocols.
o Managing Active Directory access and permissions.
o Supporting vendor technologies.
o Networking appliances.
o Mobile devices.
* Track, monitor, document, and communicate with end-users about requests, issues, and incidents through to completion using the ServiceNow system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Strong ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Relevant experience in an operational or support engineering role.
* Proven experience providing IT support and handling project work both on-site and remotely.
* Excellent communication skills.
