Living Strength Care is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead and support our vibrant team in the heart of Gosford. This flexible position offers the chance to take on a leadership role while maintaining a smaller caseload.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Central Coast team, who is looking for Career Progression. This role can be a flexible role, with both full-time and part-time options negotiable. There is an opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to be offered a Team Lead position to the right candidate.
Our office, centrally located in Gosford, in the heart of the Central Coast — which means you’ll be living and working in an area surrounded by stunning beaches, lakes and national parks — perfect if you like getting out and exploring nature on the weekend!!!
This provides a community-based role that spans within a 25 km radius of your home, catering to those who prefer an active work environment. After your community visit, you have the flexibility to complete tasks from home, ensuring a work-life balance. Additionally, your role will involve supporting the team to grow. You will have access to all the resources and will be provided with leadership support. You will have access to our office loacted in Gosford. Our office serves as a hub for team gatherings, networking opportunities, and monthly meetings, fostering a collaborative and engaging work atmosphere.

Requirements
Skills and Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Own vehicle and current drivers license
- A positive person with a "can do" attitude
- You must be registered to practice as an occupational therapist with AHPRA and complete an NDIS worker's check
- Experience working with NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care (iCare experience is a plus)
- Passion for leading, mentoring, and supporting others
- Strong commitment to client-centered care
- Looking to grow with a company that values and supports its team
