If so, then Anexa Raglan is looking for you.About the roleThe Clinic Coordinator at Anexa Raglan involves taking on day-to-day operational responsibility and accountability for the clinic.
This includes coordinating, organizing, and managing the activities of the companion animal and large animal team.
The core focus of the role is to ensure the team effectively implements the business-wide companion animal and large animal strategies and goals, while also providing support and care for the team with the assistance of the leadership team.Anexa Raglan is a friendly mixed practice clinic that is committed to servicing and supporting their local community and delivering exceptional service to all clients and their animals.
As a Customer Service Leader, you will be working alongside a team of Vet Nurses, Customer Service staff, and Companion Animal and Production Animal Veterinarians.This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in leading teams of people either as a customer service representative, team leader, or a vet nurse, who are looking to further develop their skillset in clinic management and leadership.Your Responsibilities:Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all clients and setting a high standard for the rest of the team.Managing the customer services and companion animal team and working towards increasing sales in the retail area.Maintaining an overview of administrative functions for the clinic, such as banking, inventory control, stocktake preparation, and month-end processes.Ensuring overall responsibility and accountability for the clinic's Health and Safety requirements.Managing leave and cover requirements for the clinic team.Supporting the marketing activity of the clinic.Collaborating with HR to develop staff and manage performance and development.Actioning and implementing any actions agreed upon during clinic meetings.Implementing Anexa-wide initiatives.About youYou will be an experienced team leader that has worked in frontline customer service or administration, or you may have worked in the veterinary industry and are looking for an exciting new opportunity.What we are looking for in our Clinic Coordinator:Compassion and able to lead by example.Dedication to a high level of patient, client, and team care.Proactive approaches to the management of clinic administration and looking after staff.Ability to build and maintain relationships with the wider team from other clinics.Love to make a positive difference in all areas of your work.A quick thinker, and confident decision maker is desirable, and the ability to ask for assistance when needed.You will be ready to join a fun and supportive team, make a difference where it counts, have a great sense of humour, and be committed to animal, client, and team care.Want to know more about Anexa?
