We provide an integrated service delivered through four key complementary businesses to our clients in the resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors across Australia.
The Role
GenusPlus Group consists of several companies that are supported through our agile and collaborative group services.
An opportunity has recently become available for an outgoing, team player to join our team in Belmont as a Receptionist. This role will manage the front-line reception desk functions and provide a range of office management support to our head office.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Receptionist's responsibilities will include:
* Manage operation of the reception switchboard and electronic communication in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Facilitate visitor sign in/out process and manage meeting room calendars efficiently.
* Optimise post and courier services, and sort and distribute all mail for the Belmont Office staff.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of communal areas (reception, kitchen, meeting rooms) and ensure that supplies, including office, stationery and kitchen consumables are well stocked.
* Coordinate building maintenance, including managing service requests and liaising with contractors.
* Provide administration support to the business as required.
Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience
* Previous experience in an Office Administration or Reception role highly regarded
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience managing a high volume of incoming business calls
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple calendars and inboxes
* Sound knowledge in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, printers, scanners, and electronic filing
