About the role:
We seek a qualified Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic to work across our Port Pirie and Northern Region sites.
The role requires and involves working across a broad range of industries, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated trade professional.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Servicing of all types of plant and machinery
* Communicating to site supervisors, pre-job planning
* Repair and maintenance of various types of plant; i.e., earthmoving, trucks etc.
* Assist in specialist equipment builds
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* The ability to work in a team, autonomously and take directions as required
* Flexibility to be open to travel for work when required
* A safety-focused approach to your work
* Your own tools for work
* A Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment
