As a Senior EP Mapping Specialist, your clinical guidance and technical expertise are valuable for driving business growth and delivering the best possible outcomes to our customers. Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. It is focused on disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional EP products. Our Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio is growing, and we are seeking a Senior EP Mapping Specialist to join our team based in Melbourne. Reporting into the Service and Education Manager, the Senior EP Mapping Specialist will provide technical, clinical, and sales support in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera), the Pulse Select PFA system, and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products. Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region. Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support. Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology. Required Knowledge and Experience: High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 11 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 9 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. OR Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum of 7 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Interstate travel required up to 25%, valid driver's license, and your own transport is required.
