Our Manager Enterprise Investment plays a critical role in ensuring effective governance and assurance for Coliban Water's investments at a portfolio level. You will lead efforts to align investment decisions with strategic outcomes, support portfolio owners, and drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices.
Key Responsibilities: Drive governance and assurance for Coliban Water's investment portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment and value optimisation.Partner with Portfolio Owners to plan, schedule, and adapt investments in response to changing conditions.Lead the development and implementation of a best-practice enterprise investment management framework.Promote an adaptive and enterprise-focused culture aligned with risk management principles.Enhance portfolio management capabilities to optimise resources and deliver outcomes.Build and mature portfolio management capabilities across the organisation, enhancing decision-making at the highest levels.About You: You're a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a proven track record in investment and portfolio management. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Establishing and embedding an enterprise-wide investment management framework.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.Knowledge of best practices in portfolio management, risk/opportunity management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment.Leading teams to develop innovative solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., PfMP, PMBoK, or equivalent).A collaborative approach to leadership, fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture.Ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging conditions and challenges.Sound like you? The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 6 ($142,905- $162,360 plus superannuation) salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
