What you’ll be doing:
* Providing end-user support (Level 2) for hardware and software issues across over 130 locations nationwide.
* Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments to ensure smooth operations.
* Assisting in the rollout of IT roadmap projects, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
* Supporting new site setups, offering training, and maintaining compliance with IT policies.
* Managing vendor relationships to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.
Experience required:
* 4+ years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
* Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure Cloud, Cyber Security (Essential 8 and/or NIST) and networking basics.
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience with remote support tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Bonus points for:
* Salesforce Admin and Microsoft certifications.
