The Company
This well-established, privately-owned FMCG business has grown from strength to strength in recent years and has seen consistent year on year expansion. Operating across a number of different brands and products, they have further growth plans and now require an experienced Finance Controller to run their finance function, supporting the CEO in the day to day activities, whilst reporting to the Group CFO
The Role
Reporting into the Divisional Ops Manager/ Group CFO your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a small accounting team
Overseeing the production of all monthly / statutory reporting
Inventory management
Liaise with divisional heads, advising on cashflow, budgets and forecasts and P&L
About You
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified with experience in leading a small team
Strong management reporting and analysis, able to advise the CEO in all commercial areas of the business.
Have a hands on attitude, whilst also being able to understand the bigger picture.
Ability to communicate at all levels from on the shop floor to executive team
