The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Associate - Project Management to lead projects and deliver high-quality work directly with clients, joining our growing Advisory team in Melbourne.
Our dynamic team of project managers requires another quality problem solver to collaborate on exciting projects with our talented team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage and lead various projects, collaborating with our team across the entire project life cycle from Business Case development to Design, Procurement, Construction, and Operation.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess proven project management delivery and leadership capabilities, as well as a passion for developing and mentoring junior and intermediate team members and pursuing core and growth opportunities in our focused markets.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will require:
* Well-developed understanding and capabilities of project management principles.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management and/or engineering.
* Positive and tenacious attitude.
It is highly desirable that you hold (or possess the ability to obtain) a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher, for which you will require Australian Citizenship.
