Reports to: CEO, Robert Migliore Direct Reports: Team Leaders for Return-to-Work (both same and different employer streams) and Allied Health, along with their consultant teams. What You'll Achieve As Executive Manager Allied Health, you'll spearhead a team dedicated to preventing workplace injuries, accelerating recovery, and increasing productivity for our clients. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership will empower consultants and team leaders to elevate service delivery, improve efficiencies, and set the benchmark for client satisfaction across the industry. Key Accountabilities As Executive Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence key areas that drive Actevate's mission: Service Delivery Management Lead innovation and service quality, aligning operations with Actevate's strategic vision. Ensure timely and effective service delivery, meeting SIRA compliance standards. People Leadership Inspire and develop your team, conduct performance reviews, and promote a culture of excellence. Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and team morale, fostering a cohesive work environment. Advocate for professional development and drive adoption of biopsychosocial models in rehabilitation. Operational Excellence Lead resource planning and audits, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manage the quality of service, support professional development, and protect intellectual property. Financial Performance Oversee billing and financial close processes, working with consultants to meet key performance metrics.
