Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of NDIS participants to determine their needs, strengths, and goals. Identify and diagnose psychological conditions, intellectual disabilities, and behavioural challenges. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic assessment Develop client-cantered care plans, in consultation with the participant, their family, and other relevant stakeholders. Is this the right role for you? Relevant tertiary qualifications recognised by the national professional association and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulations Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated experience in delivering quality outcomes while delivering professional services to people with disabilities and/or complex needs. Proven track record of building respectful and productive working relationships within the internal and external environments. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships with participants, families, team members and service providers. NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
