We're a passionate group of people who love collaborating on innovative and challenging projects.About this roleWe are recruiting for an energetic, business savvy, and driven Project/Account Manager for National Accounts to join our Service group.This opportunity can be based at our office in Burnaby, Kelowna, Victoria or Nanaimo.
Here's how your role will strengthen our team.This role will be the primary contact for our national account customers in BC, with a focus on growing this area of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality electrical services, and fostering strong relationships to drive long-term success.Your responsibilitiesOversee all aspects of electrical service and small projects for National Account customers in BC, from initiation to completionPursue and prepare service agreement proposalsReview and manage existing service agreements and contractsManage full project scope: estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client serviceMaintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, service team and national account clientsManage project financials, including billingWork with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project and customer requirementsBe present on jobsites when requiredTravel within BC may be required to visit job sites and meet with clientsYour experience and skillsElectrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate5+ years' experience in Electrical Project Management2+ years' experience managing service or maintenance agreements and contractsPrevious experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an assetPrevious experience managing national accounts an assetProven ability to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong attention to detail and good organizational skillsStrong communication skills and able to work well in a teamGood computer skills including MS Office, Procore, ZOOM, etc.About HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
