The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Queanbeyan office. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our Environmental Services customers, handling inbound calls and emails, managing bookings, and liaising with our operations team.

What you'll be responsible for
5. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
6. Managing and coordinating bookings for our Environmental Services customers
7. Liaising with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
8. Identifying and escalating complex issues when necessary
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
What you'll need to be successful
10. Proven experience in a customer service role
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
12. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
13. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
14. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
