This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading 6 Month Contract Possible 6 Month Extension Support, Training and Progression 100% Onsite, Parking available Location Dandenong, Victoria Salary: $34.59 Day to Day Task Requirement: This role will be the first point of contact for customers in the service centre, offering digital transactions and information to set the tone for a positive customer experience; Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging digital platforms and online services to meet customer needs effectively; Deliver services that provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to the Victorian community, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer experience that is user-friendly, convenient, and secure via the digital platform; and, Actively encourage customers to use online transactions, providing guidance and support when needed. Essential requirements: The below requirements are integral pre/post-requisites of the role: Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service in a service centre or frontline service environment A good driving record (upholding the safety standards and expectations of the role) with no serious or repeated Road Safety breaches in the last 5 years (driver licence record details will be reviewed as an integral part of recruitment) Ability to work in both a seated and standing position Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week Available to work 20-38 hours per week Willingness to work flexibly within operational hours; and Ability to travel within the area and neighbouring centres as per the needs of the business Must have a valid Police Clearance check and Full Work Rights to work in Australia Interested, make sure to apply
