TJ Building and construction – Warragul VICJoin our small but growing team at Hotondo Homes in Warragul as a Sales & Administration Assistant. This role is key in providing essential administrative and sales support, ensuring seamless client interactions, and helping us meet our business and client service goals.Key Responsibilities:Professionally manage reception and telephone inquiries, creating a welcoming first impression for clients.Support sales staff with client management, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.Offer clerical and secretarial support to the General Manager and other team members as needed.Monitor, track, and report on customer development plans, actively contributing to client satisfaction initiatives.Maintain close communication with all prospective and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction before building commencement.Ensure all sales documentation—such as quotes, contracts, variations, and colour selections are accurately completed and processed according to company protocols before building starts.Perform additional duties as required to support the team.The ideal candidate will have the following:Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent coordination and time management.Solid knowledge of administrative systems and processes, ideally within the building industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills.Previous experience in the home building industry is desirable but not essential.Additional Information:Flexible working hours are available.
