Responsibilities:
Working in a supportive environment, you will contribute to the safety of the team, the quality of the product and the reliability of the equipment. You will achieve this by:
Assisting in troubleshooting day-to-day problems, recommending robust solutions
Analysing maintenance history and perform root cause analysis and reporting
Working with the wider maintenance team and contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Undertaking reporting and inspections to develop short and longer-term solutions
About You:
Coming from a strong mechanical trade or mechanical engineering background, you will bring:
A mechanical trade or related higher qualification
A commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
Experience in heavy industry manufacturing environment with a clear track record of continuous improvement
Experience working both independently and as part of a manufacturing team
Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
