Nestled in our Braeside warehouse, we embody a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and efficiency, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly.Position Overview As an On-site Stylist, using your creative flair, you will be responsible for finishing the vision set by our Senior Stylists, through the arrangement of furniture and the selection of accessories being placed into a home. This role is an entry level styling role, and as such would suit design and decoration graduates.You will be based in our Braeside warehouse with travel to Client's homes across Melbourne. The role is very hands on, involving the selection and packing of accessories in our warehouse along with the manual work required to complete styling installs at properties. Extensive training and support is on offer as well as the opportunity to grow your interior styling career.We currently have a casual opportunity to join our successful team as we continue Casual role with fulltime hours from Monday to FridayFull training and support in our high-energy learning environmentJoin our fun and active team in a workplace where safety is the ultimate priority Key Responsibilities Utilise information provided in the Senior Stylist brief to select accessories, artwork, and decorative elements that align with the overall design concept, style preferences, and aesthetic vision for each job.Utilise creativity and judgment to create a unified selection of accessories and artwork that enhance the visual appeal, practicality and ambiance of the styled areas.Attend styling sites to arrange and stage furniture, decor, and accessories to create visually appealing and functional spaces.Communicate effectively with Head Stylist, Vendor, Stylists and Warehouse team to address enquiries, provide updates and ensure project requirements are met.Working alongside Onsite Stylists at jobs within a fast-paced environment and ensuring that stylings are completed within the allocated timeframe.Collaborate with Onsite Stylists to ensure the efficient and meticulous packing of items pre-staging, following the approved selections and stylist guidelines. Accurately document and provide styling selections to Senior Stylist for confirmation, uploading documentation into relevant folders. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in interior design, Visual Merchandising, or related field preferred.Proven experience in interior styling, staging, or related field.Strong understanding of design principles, styling techniques, and current industry trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a demonstrated ability to execute styling projects to the highest quality standards.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to work onsite at various project locations and occasional weekends or evenings as required.A valid VIC driver's license and own vehicle;Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm and the availability to work overtime on occassions.
