At least 2 years of experience post registration in an acute hospital settingRegistered nurse qualification with current APHRA registrationA genuine passion to transition into the theatre environment and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and developmentPermanent work rights within Australia with no restrictions (sponsorship is not available for this program)A Working with Children Check, National Police Check or be willing to obtainThe ability to commit to a rotating roster including AM, PM/nights, weekends and public holidays, with shifts ranging from 8 – 10 hoursDeveloped clinical decision-making and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelinesExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work well independently and within a teamDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvementAbout us Nestled in the rapidly evolving North-West corridor of Sydney, Norwest Private Hospital is a prominent provider of private healthcare.
