We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager in developing and maintaining project documentation and processes, ensuring the highest quality in project delivery. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, budgets, scope, and plans to meet deliverables.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage administrative tasks including processing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
* Ensure effective document control and management per project requirements.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and minutes.
* Assist with project status reporting.
* Contribute to continuous improvement.
* Foster cross-team collaboration to help complete project tasks and deliverables.
* Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, engineering, or related field.
* PMBok, PMI, or similar certification (desirable).
* Experience with AusDefCon or public service projects (desirable).
* Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
* Ideal technical background in infrastructure/applications.
* AGSVA Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
