Your Role:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the center of driving positive change, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients whilst motivating our staff to be at their best. You’ll lead by example, empowering your whole team to provide compassionate, positive and person-centered support.
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations for the delivery of service to our clients.
* Lead and mentor a team of dedicated support staff.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
* Foster strong risk management practices in order to keep clients and staff safe.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance the quality of care.
* Manage the client intake process.
* Oversee the roster to ensure we maintain continuity of support and operational KPIs.
* Ensure our staff are competent to perform the tasks required on shift.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A strong leader with experience in disability, aged care, nursing or equivalent healthcare sectors.
2. A passion for caring for people's well-being and person-centered care.
3. Strong knowledge of client risk management and planning.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
5. Experience leading large teams.
