About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the property investment department. You’ll be responsible for investor relations, unit registry support, general administration, and marketing/event coordination. The position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in providing a high standard of customer services to internal and external clients.
* Data entry, maintenance, generating reports and running other system functions.
* Assist with equity raise tasks, such as preparing materials and supporting investor applications.
* Offer general administrative support to the team and director, including document formatting and meeting coordination.
* Act as the marketing champion, ensuring all materials are up to date and coordinating social media and event activities.
Skills & Experience:
* Administration and/or customer service experience.
* Commercial real estate experience, desirable but not essential.

* Familiarity with investor relations and administrative support tasks is desirable but not essential.
Computer skills:
* Microsoft Excel – Intermediate
* Microsoft Word – Intermediate
* Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate

* InDesign – Desirable but not essential
