About the Role
Spell is looking for a data-driven Online Trade Manager to lead and execute our eCommerce strategy. This role is accountable for the onsite performance across all platforms to drive the best-in-class user experience. Reporting to the Head of Digital & DTC Sales, you’ll use analytics, UX insights, and digital marketing strategies to maximise revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute online trade initiatives to drive growth
* Optimise digital advertising spend across Paid Search, Social, and Adroll
* Leverage data analytics to forecast trends and improve performance
* Enhance user experience through A/B testing and personalisation strategies
* Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and CX teams on integrated campaigns
* Oversee Shopify platform performance, customer segmentation, and automation
* Monitor and resolve system errors to ensure smooth operations
About You
* Proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret eCommerce metrics
* Expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
* Highly organised with strong project management skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Bachelor’s degree or industry accreditation (e.g., Google certifications)
* Experience with SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing
