About the Role:
Are you a sales pro with a passion for the automotive industry? As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert promoting our high-quality oil products to mechanics and aftermarket trade businesses.
Your mission: expand our customer base, build strong relationships, and keep clients coming back with your savvy sales approach and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Sales Success: Achieve financial targets and grow accounts across your territory.
* Collaborate for Growth: Work with Client Managers and Technical BDMs to maximize Key Account performance.
* Build Customer Loyalty: Establish lasting relationships with customers while exploring new opportunities.
* Ensure Compliance: Uphold our standards of conduct and manage risk effectively.
About You
* Industry Experience: Sales or customer service experience in automotive oil, lubrication, or aftermarket trade is a plus.
* Relationship Builder: A people person with a knack for connecting and building trust.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
* Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management and planning skills.
* Self-Motivated: A driven self-starter who thrives under pressure.
* On the Road: Valid Australian driver’s license and a reliable car.
