This gives rise to a continuous program of improvement works or new construction works, in the fields of building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical. In this key role, you will report to the Projects and Engineering Manager (QLD) in the Project Delivery Team, a team of 20 project professionals located across Australia. You will work with project and operational teams, consultants and subcontractors ensuring projects are delivered according to the Veolia ANZ Project Management Standard. You will always be mentored or supported by your colleagues in the Project Delivery Team, making sure that, while being autonomous on your project, you will enjoy being part of an efficient delivery team. Career progression opportunities within a global organisation. What you'll be responsible for Engineering support to operations and projects. Prepare Statements of Requirements, Scope of Works, Concept specifications, work-plans and cost estimates for project works. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to develop designs, procure equipment, and manage construction. Ensure all engineering outputs are delivered to the correct standards (regulatory/industry/Veolia). Supervise construction and perform commissioning. Manage and monitor project progress to ensure that project milestones are met. What you'll need to be successful A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Chemical / Mechanical or related discipline) - essential. Project delivery experience in WasteWater Treatment, Landfills or Power Generation. Industrial Process experience - 5-10 years as a project engineer. RPEQ/CPEng eligible. Drivers licence and white card. Effective communication and leadership skills. Strong safety focus and understanding of WHS and environmental regulations. QBCC licence highly advantageous but not essential.
