What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional Level 1/2 support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365. Provide support for Windows 10/11 environments (MCITP preferred). Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and basic networking issues. Support Apple products, including iPhones and iPads. Use your can-do attitude to ensure workstation PCs are optimized for reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance. Utilize IT Service Management tools to track and resolve issues. What We’re Looking For: A number of years of experience in a fast-paced Technology Desktop environment. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences. Experience with IT Service Management tools and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
