Role Purpose: Are you passionate about creating meaningful change and supporting professional growth? At Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative (RAC), we’re looking for a dedicated Workforce Development Officer (WDO) to lead dynamic learning and development programs that empower both our staff and Community members. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, supporting culturally relevant training initiatives aligned with our Strategic Plan, and fostering the growth of those around you. A background in Training & Development, Education, Administration, or related fields. A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and the ability to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all. A passion for Cultural Competency and Anti-Racism Training. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively. Event planning and workforce development experience (preferred). What We Offer: We offer competitive pay and conditions – ACCHS Award, Grade 6 Level 1-4: $36 to $39 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience).
