Due to growth and acquisitions, we have multiple operational support positions to commence over the next 3 months. You’ll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 4 – 5 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.

We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service experience in retail, hospitality, corporate or other customer-facing roles who are eager to continue or transition into the Travel Insurance space. Our Brisbane office offers a range of opportunities for you to grow and collaborate with our operational teams, supporting clients both locally and internationally.
As we continue to expand, we'll have openings in customer-facing roles, dedicated claims handling positions, and travel management teams. If you're successful, our Talent Acquisition team will work with you to identify where your skills can be best utilised – we're committed to finding the perfect fit for your career!

2. You’ll be adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
3. You’ll have the ability to empathise with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
4. You’ll be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
5. You’ll demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
6. You’ll be able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
7. You’ll bring experience in working within a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
8. You’ll have good tech skills and general computer competence.
