Eat Me Patisserie is a wholesale kitchen based in Adelaide. We supply cafes, restaurants, pubs and hotels all over South Australia. A small team, operating Monday to Friday 5am - 5pm.
We are looking for a casual employee for a minimum of 30 hours. This role can turn into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing Creating and preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries and baked goods from production recipes. Finishing and decorating products. Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen. Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Packing orders from invoices. What we're looking for Qualifications are not essential but industry experience is. Creativity and flair in dessert and pastry design. Strong time management and organisational skills.
