Year 6 Core Teacher
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 6 Core Teacher to join our Middle School team at Chairo Christian School's Drouin campus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of Curriculum: Teach the curriculum consistently with school board and leadership team guidelines and policies from a Christian worldview perspective.
* Safe Learning Environment: Foster a safe and caring environment for all students while modelling the love of Jesus Christ.
* Student Assessment and Feedback: Effectively assess student performance and provide encouraging feedback.
* Planning and Execution: Plan and execute daily activities aligning with the school's educational policies and mission statement.
* Relationship Building: Build relationships with students and parents through a partnering approach to learning.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in education and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
* Commitment to the school's Statement of Faith.
* Experience teaching upper primary and/or lower secondary levels (desirable).
* Sound knowledge of teaching from a Christian worldview perspective.
* Ability to utilise various teaching strategies and build strong partnering relationships with students and parents.
What We Offer:
Ongoing position with approximately 0.6 to 0.8 FTE. The possibility of a position of responsibility may be available for suitable applicants.
